Sir Roger was President of Boeing UK from September 2005 until October 2014. He is also a non-executive director of F & C Investment Trust plc, and a director of Continental Data Graphics Ltd. Sir Roger is one of the Prime Minister’s UKTI Ambassadors for British Businesses.Sir Roger previously had a career in the British Diplomatic Service. He was Ambassador to Brazil from 1999 to 2004 and Sweden from 1995 to 1999. He was an Assistant Under-Secretary of State in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 1991 to 1995. At earlier stages in his career he served in Moscow, Brussels and Washington, and was also a Private Secretary to two Foreign Secretaries in the 1980’s, Francis Pym and Sir Geoffrey Howe. Sir Roger is a graduate of Oxford University, 1962-66, and was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, 1984 – 5. He is also a Trustee of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), and Council member of the Air League, and a Council member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce.
The founder and main driving force behind Over-C is Michael Elliott. Michael is an entrepreneur with an established track record within the security services industry. He previously founded Akita Security (manned guarding operations) and guided the company to a successful exit through a trade sale to Carlisle Plc. Michael is a qualified Police Helicopter pilot having spent many years flying commercially both in the UK and abroad.
Greg is responsible for Over-C's technical and product direction and manages the teams that define, build, test and operate the company's family of highly scalable SaaS products. With more than 27 years in software development and management, Greg brings experience from a wide range of domains including scientific computing, financial systems, web infrastructure, commerce, and mobile media.
Andeep is responsible for ensuring our customers’ on-going success with the Over-C platform and the associated best practices. He manages Professional Services, Support and Training. Andeep has been focusing on customer success in the technology space since completing his degree. Andeep joined Over-C directly from Marks and Spencer where he ran internal IT support.
